Zen Affiliate of Vermont consists of three sitting groups located in Burlington, Montpelier, and Springfield. Each group meets on Monday evenings and all three gather monthly for an all-day retreat that includes zazen, chanting, oryoki (formal meals), and taped dharma discourse by John Daido Loori.
